Daniel C. Eng

Daniel C. Eng is the Founder of Engvest Commercial Realty, LLC. His affiliation with T.K. Eng & Associates Investments Group, Inc., and GE Management Co. (family companies that have been established since the early 80s) has brought in-depth knowledge and experience to Engvest. Daniel graduated in 2001 from Franklin College Switzerland with a BA in International Banking and Finance, and started his career & passion in Commercial Real Estate.

In 2008, Daniel earned his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and in 2011 he obtained his CPM designation (Certified Property Manager). Daniel is a licensed Texas real estate broker. He is the Vice President for Asian Real Estate Association of America, Dallas Chapter (2014–2015). He has served on the City of Richardson's Chamber of Commerce Board of Advisors (2011–2012).
